Very professional, very accommodating, and affordable. Mike and crew really did everything they could to help, and were friendly despite the brutal heat. They always stayed in touch during ongoing repair projects, and always willing to help with other needs mid-stream. We had Mike install a second AC in our bedroom, replace our main AC unit, and replace the rubber seals on the front and back of our travel trailer. From the beginning he was upfront about our options and pricing, communicated clearly, and got us on the schedule quickly. Mike and his assistant were professional, kind, and took the time to explain everything. They even offered to give us a full walkthrough of our trailer systems since it's our first RV, which was a thoughtful touch. Everything is working great, and the new ACs are keeping us cool. It's hard to find people who genuinely care about quality work, honesty, and customer service, but Mike definitely does. We'd happily use him again and highly recommend him to other RV owners.
